Welcome to the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association website! Our intent is to provide useful, timely information about our Association, our programs and activities. Hall Pre-Indictment Resolution Program TO: Members of the Criminal Section of Huntsville-Madison Co . Bar Assoc. (Prosecution and Defense) FROM: Circuit and District Court Judges There will be a meeting/roundtable discussion about current issues of interest on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at the Law Library. The topics to be formally addressed will include the Pre-Indictment Resolution Docket (“PIRD”) and our indigent defense system. Jane Smith, Robin Daly and Sabrina Valich will be our guests and will participate in the PIRD discussion. Pizza and soft drinks will be provided. Please respond, via email to sabrina.valich@alacourt.gov, if you plan to attend, so that we can properly prepare (i.e. have enough food). Bar Member Phone List
